Meet the Team

Make Web Not War is fortunate to count many individual developers, communities, ambassadors, and organizations as partners. We will endeavor to feature each of them in our Partners section in following months to give them the credit and spotlight that they truly deserve. If you have built something awesome or would like to get involved, please reach out to us - we are always up for making new friends.

Make Web Not War is powered by People & Code, Idea Notion, Microsoft using WordPress on Windows Azure - and we love it.
Microsoft

We have changed as a company and are becoming more open in the way that we work with and collaborate with others in the industry, in how we listen to customers, and in our approach to the cloud. We contribute to and partner with open source communities and promote interoperability to make it easier and less costly for customers to develop and manage mixed IT environments. We actively participate in the standards setting process and support established and emerging standards in our products.

In the cloud, we support key standards that provide the building blocks for open, interoperable cloud services, and we support developer choice of programming languages. We support data portability and believe customers own and control their data, no matter where it resides.

Idea Notion

Design. Innovate. Deliver. We are a cross-platform consulting firm that believes strongly in interoperability. We design highly customized web, mobile, and cloud solutions for our clients and our experienced team also offers consultations on business processes and logistics.

Our team of passionate and experienced consultants advocate the release of open data and open government through example by continually contributing to the open source community.

People Code

Community first.  We promote peer-to-peer professional learning. We organize and host various meetup groups, events, offer mentorship and support local hackathons around our city.

Technology is fun.  Our team maintains a strong culture for emerging technologies and new media.  We use technology to advocate and promote open data, open source software and open government.
