Mirametrix is organizing a Hackathon event starting from Friday evening May 11th, 2012 through Sunday evening May 13th in Montreal at Notman house.
This Hackathon is a competition to build eye tracking games, applications and systems (including gesture aspects). Mirametrix, will provide the eye tracking equipment and Kinect gesture trackers.
Participants have the opportunity to network, be in touch with the new technology as well as develp new skills. The event is hosting fifty enthusiasts in hacking human computer interaction.
The team that impresses us the most will be awarded an S2 Eye tracker ($5,000 value), and a $3,000 cash prize. Additional prizes will be announced at the event, but the best prize of all will be spending an awesome weekend working with a ground-breaking technology and connecting with amazing developers, entrepreneurs, jedis and more!
